2012 National Health Promotion Summit

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP) is requesting innovative disease prevention and health promotion programs for presentation at the 2012 National Health Promotion Summit: Prevention. Promotion. Progress., April 10-11, 2012, in Washington, DC.  Programs should fall under one or more of the following tracks: Implementation Illustrations; Policies & Initiatives; Hot Topics in Public Health; or Achieving Health Equity.  Submission Deadline: Midnight Central Time, October 24, 2011.  Learn more.
