The ACNM Advocacy and Government Affairs department has been working hard to identify how we can best serve our affiliate organizations. Earlier this year, we asked for your input and you shared your challenges and many great ideas—thank you! Among the main themes we heard were that affiliate leaders would like more connection and communication with the national organization and you would like more opportunities to share success stories and disappointments among affiliate leaders.
We are excited to announce Affiliate Connections, a series of webinars held every other month to give affiliate leaders the opportunity to work with each other and the national office to build meaningful and lasting strategies for improved communication and collaboration throughout the affiliate network. We hope these webinars will mimic, in a virtual manner, the networking and support that characterizes the exchanges at the ACNM Annual Meeting. This is an opportunity to help those conversations continue year-round!
