  • Understand why CNMs and CMs are uniquely equipped to become resonant leaders
  • Understand the four domains of Emotional Intelligence

Part 1: Mindfulness, Leadership and Resilience (Teri Pipe, PhD, RN)

  • Learner will describe 3 attributes of mindfulness
  • Learner will identify 2 ways mindfulness, leadership, and innovation are related
  • Learner will identify 2-3 practical ways they can bring the mindfulness practices into their personal or professional settings
