ACNM Statement on SCOTUS Ruling

New Supreme Court ruling thwarts laws against women's access
to reproductive services

A divided Supreme Court on
Monday swept away new forms of state restrictions on the way clinics can
function.The decision
of the Supreme Court is consistent with ACNM's
position statement on Reproductive Health Choices, which includes equal
access to necessary, accessible, safe health care for reproductive health care
services.
