Web Advertising Policy

• All advertising content is subject to ACNM review and approval
• ACNM reserves the right to reject any advertising that does not conform to ACNM's goals and mission
• The advertiser and his or her agency assume and agree to pay the charges for advertising published at their direction
• Insertion orders and/or contracts are due prior to the publication of any online advertising or before website sponsorship recognition will begin
• Cancellations, changes of insertion dates and/or corrections must conform to published deadlines
• Advertising for adoption, adoption services, baby formula, alcohol, tobacco or firearms will not be accepted
• Acceptance and publication of adverising by ACNM does not indicate or imply endoresment
• ACNM will not be responsible for errors appearing in advertisements submitted by advertiser, advertising agency, or third pary
• Invoices will be mailed upon publication of advertising
• No agency comission discounts are given
  

Sales Criteria for Web Site Advertising:

1. ACNM offers advertisers a variety of advertising options including: site sponsorship, banner ad positions that repeat on each page, and banner ad positions appearing only on specifically targeted pages.
2. Banner ads will include a link to the advertiser’s Web site.
