Taxes Dues
Access the affiliate officers dues portal here. ACNM began collecting affiliate dues as part of ACNM national membership renewal notices sent out in January 2011.
- Before setting your affiliate dues, contact ACNM Director of Membership George Hamilton at ghamilton@acnm.org or 240-485-1820 to obtain a list of current ACNM members in your state with their anniversary dates and contact information. This list will allow state leaders to predict potential membership once the affiliate is formed and structure affiliate dues appropriate to your budget needs.
- Learn the basics of ACNM Affiliate Finances by viewing our Online Tutorial on Affiliate Finances. This program includes updated information on affiliate dues collection through ACNM; monthly payments from ACNM to affiliates; the basics of affiliate budgeting; tax requirements; and cash flow planning tips.
- Dues collected each month will be remitted in full back to the affiliate by the 20th of the following month, including those affiliates with multiple chapters. Once ACNM remits the dues, affiliates are responsible for any subdivision of dues to chapters according to their bylaws.

Liability Insurance
ACNM is pleased to announce that Comprehensive General
Liability (CGL) insurance coverage is provided to all ACNM affiliates at no
cost through the National Organization’s policy with The Hartford Insurance
Company. Our Hartford policy meets the needs of both our Affiliates and the
National Organization. As each new affiliate is approved, ACNM’s national
office will submit the affiliate name and federal tax ID number to ACNM's
insurance broker, Lyceum Insurance Services, and the affiliate will be
