ACNM has heard your feedback regarding the online member experience and we are excited to announce that we have moved to a new Association Management System (AMS). An AMS is a system that associations use to manage the member experience, grow engagement, and deliver resources that enhance member relationships.
This system upgrade brings a new and improved user experience that will simplify the way you interact with ACNM.
Users are now able to log into our new system for the first time. This will involve a couple of steps from our users.Your username has not changed, but you will need to assign a new password to your account. Please follow the below instructions:
- Select this link to open the MyPortal login screen
- From the new window, select the "Forgot Password" link
- When the next screen opens up, select your previously used email address
- The system will send an recovery email automatically
- Open the received email, and select "Change Password"
