Registration Fees
General registration includes access to all keynote, premier, educational sessions, poster presentations, and the awards ceremony. It also includes admission to all general conference meals and social functions such as coffee breaks, the Midwifery Celebration and Welcome Reception.
New this year! Your meeting registration includes access to the ACNM Online Education Library - including CEUs. Most educational sessions (excluding paid workshops) will be recorded, and handouts and materials will be available for your review and education, and print-on-demand certification.
General Registration does not include admission to any of the paid workshops or other special ticketed events. You must register and pay the additional fee for those programs separately.

Name badges will be provided to all registered attendees and are required to enter all areas of the Annual Meeting. All attendees, including Exhibit Hall Only registrants, must stop at Registration to be issued a badge.
NO BADGES WILL BE MAILED in advance.
Attend ALL the sessions at the 55th Annual Meeting! Live and in person or post-meeting in the comfort of your home or office. Take advantage of the post-Annual Meeting online at ACNM's Live Learning Center, where you'll have library to ongoing access to all educational sessions recorded from the Annual Meeting. Online education offerings include audio presentations, handouts and other relevant materials, and are available for additional continuing education credits with
print-on-demand certification.
The CD is not included as part of registration. If you would like to purchase an additional CD, the cost is $69.
All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing. Registrants may expect to receive refunds four to six weeks after the conclusion of the Annual Meeting. Substitutions are permitted; however, notification must be received in writing. Notification of substitution can be faxed to (202) 331-0111 or mailed to the ACNM Annual Meeting address.
A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancellations received on or before Thursday, April 29. Between Friday, April 30 and Friday, May 28, a fee of 50% of the registration fee will be assessed. After Friday, May 28, cancellations due to extenuating circumstances (i.e., death, accident, illness) must be submitted in writing, must include appropriate verification, and must be received by ACNM by Monday, June 21. No refunds will be granted for any reason after June 21, 2010.
Each 10'x10' booth receives two complimentary Exhibit Hall Personnel Registrations. All exhibitors who have sent in their booth application by March 1st will receive an email with their specialized link to register their booth staff. If you reserve your booth after March 1st, you will receive your exhibitor login via email with your exhibitor confirmation letter. If you do not receive your specialized exhibitor login, please contact Amy Roth, Exhibits Manager, at ACNMMeeting@courtesyassoc.com.
Exhibit Hall Only Registration will again be available for the Annual Meeting. Exhibit Hall Only Registration allows access to the Exhibit Hall, as well as Poster Sessions, and Product Demonstrations. Exhibit Hall Only Registration is $30. You may register online or onsite.
You must be registered for the ACNM Annual Meeting & Exposition to take advantage of these additional items.

Workshop Cancellation
Workshops scheduled for Saturday, June 12 and Wednesday, June 16, require additional fees (unless otherwise indicated), pre-registration, and prepayment. Because ACNM makes financial obligations based on the number of tickets sold, we cannot refund tickets unless the event is cancelled. Workshops are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and tickets are required for admittance. You may sell or give your ticket to another individual. In the event of a workshop cancellation, ACNM will reassign you to another workshop of your choice at an equal value or issue a refund. All refunds will be process no later than six weeks after the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.
For registrant cancellations, a cancellation fee of 25% of the workshop fee will be assessed for cancellations received on or before Thursday, April 29. Between Friday, April 29 and Friday, May 28, a fee of 50% of the workshop fee will be assessed. No refunds for workshop cancellations will be granted, for any reason, to registrants canceling after Friday, May 28.
The Global Health Council Conference will take place at the Omni Shoreham (across the street from our headquarters hotel, Marriott Wardman Park) from June 14th - 18th.
If you are registered for the ACNM Annual Meeting or the Global Health Council Conference, you will be allowed into the GHC exhibit hall at no cost. Simply show your name badge at the exhibit hall entrance and you will be allowed admittance. Discounted One day registrations for the Global Health Council Conference are available to ACNM registrants. Visit http://www.globalhealth.org/conference_2010 for more information.
All attendees who register online will receive a receipt/confirmation via email, upon completion of the registration process and payment. Additionally, attendees will receive a paper receipt onsite, which will be attached to the attendee's badge. Any additional printed receipts or certificate of attendance will be available on-site at the Customer Service Desk, located at registration.
Any registration received after May 28th will be considered an on-site registration. On-site registration will be located in the Marriott Foyer of the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.
