Organizational Structure

One unique and special aspect of the American College of Nurse-Midwives is the involvement of its members in the activities of the College through its board of directors, divisions, committees, taskforces, and caucuses. A vast amount of what is accomplished by this organization is due to the volunteer efforts of CNMs across the country who contribute their expertise, energy, time, and perspective to the work of these groups. The following information is intended to encourage participation in an area that suits individual CNM interests and talents. For a brief description of ACNM's volunteer structure, read An Overview of ACNM Divisions and Committees.

To volunteer for a division or committee, fill out the committee/division application form and send it to [email protected].
