As CEO of the American College of Nurse-Midwives, Frank Purcell joins us with an unwavering commitment to serve our members by advising and carrying out the Board's strategic direction, policy and budgets, and by leading our ACNM staff team. Before joining ACNM in October 2016, he served more than 25 years in healthcare professional association executive posts primarily in the advocacy arena and on congressional staffs. Frank earned his bachelors at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, undertook MBA coursework at Johns Hopkins University, and completed the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education program on healthcare delivery policy. |
