Attendance at Sponsored Events

ACNM values the time and financial investment made by sponsoring partners that host programs during the Annual Meeting, and we encourage all of our members to attend the events for which they've registered. No-shows cost the sponsoring company money for seats that they purchase but don't actually fill onsite. In an effort to decrease the no-show rate, which ranged from 30-50% at the 59th and 60th Annual Meetings, ACNM has a new attendance policy using technology to track people who RSVP to sponsored events.

Please remember to sign when you attend an event. After the event, the sign in sheet will be uploaded to the website. If you do not sign in, you will be registered as a "no show" on the website. Signing up via registration will not count for the ACNM sign in list. There are always 2 sign in lists for these events. It is your responsibility to ensure you sign both.
