Request Meeting Space



The deadline to request space was Monday, January 11, 2016. Confirmations were sent from ACNM on January 18, 2016. 

We are organizing on-site meetings a little differently this year. Please follow the instructions carefully.  

Applying for Space



If you answer NO to BOTH questions listed below, you should NOT have submitted a request. If you would like your meeting(s) listed in the ACNM schedule, you can send your information to Krystal Bushell at [email protected] by February 29, 2016. Please read the explanation that follows.

Does your meeting have more than 20 attendees?
2.
Does your meeting require food and beverage or
audio/visual?


You will be able to hold your meeting in the Albuquerque Convention Center, Brazos room, Ground Level during one of the times listed below. The room will be set up
in groups of 20. Each group will have a table stanchion. You are responsible
for providing a piece of paper with your group's name to insert into the
stanchion. You will be responsible for
scheduling your meetings and ACNM will not be involved. 


Available times:
Sunday, May 22, 4:00 pm -- 5:00 pm
Monday, May 23, 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
Wednesday, May 25, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm




If you answer yes to ANY of the questions listed below, you should have submitted a space
request.
