Your participation as a speaker at
the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) 61st Annual Meeting &
Exhibition will be a key component to bringing maximum value to all attendees
during the event, which is taking place at the Albuquerque Convention Center,
Albuquerque, New Mexico May 21-26, 2016.


The Speaker Management tool is now available for
your use and can be accessed via the link below. You will need to log-in with the
email address that was provided at the time of your submission (the email
address which is receiving this message). You then will have access to complete
all necessary information including, but not limited to: speaker
agreement, adding co-presenters, and register for the meeting if you have not
already done so - all through the convenience of this website.

All
Workshop Presenters are required to bring their own laptops. Education
Session Presenters do not as there will be a laptop in the session
rooms.

As a
reminder, final uploads for presentations is May 13, 2016. The file size should
not exceed 10MB, accepted formats are ppt/pptx/pdf/doc/docx.  There will be no
provision for producing paper handouts on site at the Annual Meeting &
Exhibition. Please bring
an updated PowerPoint presentation on a USB to the meeting in
addition to uploading for attendee download. All speakers must report to the
speaker ready room on or before 1
hour prior to presentation start time.
