You’ll also learn about the yoga nidra meditation 'map', the power of pairing opposites, and how this helps bring mothers discover their birth power.
You’ll learn how yoga nidra meditation scientifically triggers a relaxation response in people, and how it can especially help mothers with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. We’ll also explore yoga nidra’s effect on the nervous system and how it can alter the structure of the brain.
You’ll learn the components of every yoga nidra meditation script, how to deliver them, and how you can create your own. You'll be given 2 yoga nidra scripts to use with clients. After this class you will be ready to teach a yoga nidra class.
